My mission is simple—and bold:
To help people of all ages develop a healthier relationship with sex and to change the sexual landscape for future generations by normalizing conversations about sex.
I believe that when we strip away shame, silence, and stigma, we open the door to better relationships, deeper pleasure, and true personal empowerment.

I help couples who are best friends take their relationship from the friend zone to the sexy zone—by teaching how to talk about sex like it’s normal (because it is).
